2.1 Contact Form
GDPR legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) - performance of pre-contractual measures
When using the contact form available at /contact, the following data may be collected:

- Main objective, target market(s), indicative budget, timeline (optional)
- Free-form message (optional)
This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your contact or quote request. It is not used for commercial prospecting without your prior express consent.
Retention period: 3 years from last contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations for prospect data.
2.2 Newsletter Subscription
GDPR legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) - explicit consent
Subscribing to the ad'mission newsletter requires the collection of your email address. This subscription is strictly voluntary and is based on your explicit consent, obtained at the time the subscription form is submitted.
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, free of charge and without justification, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email or by sending a request to contact@ad-mission.fr.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
Retention period: until consent withdrawal or unsubscription.
2.3 Connection and Browsing Data
GDPR legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interest
The weareagenzy.fr website does not currently place any tracking, audience measurement, or advertising cookies on your device. No third-party audience measurement tools are operational at this stage.
Technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, request timestamps) may be automatically recorded by hosting servers for security and technical diagnostic purposes. This data is retained for a maximum period of 12 months and is not subject to any commercial processing.
3. No Consent-Required Cookies
In accordance with the CNIL guidelines of 17 September 2020 and deliberation No. 2020-091, the weareagenzy.fr website does not currently use any cookies or trackers subject to the obligation to obtain prior user consent.

9. Data Security
Bienvenue Events SARL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
These measures include: encryption of communications via HTTPS, restricted data access limited to authorised personnel acting within the scope of their duties, and hosting with a certified provider.
